Waldorf salad with Wheaty® sausages “Hot Dogs”

    Ingredients:

    • 200 g Wheaty® sausages “Hot Dogs”
    • 300 g sourly apples
    • 4 apples to core
    • 250 g celeriac
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • 100 g walnuts
    • 60 g vegan sour cream
    • salt, pepper, sugar
    • 80 g whipped cream

    Wash and core the apples and cut them into small stripes. Wash and peel the celeriac and cut it into small stripes. Cut the Wheaty® Sausages “Hot Dogs” into small slices and mix them with the apple and celeriac stripes and add the lemon juice. Finely chop the walnuts. Mix the vegan sour cream with the spices and fold in the whipped cream. Mix well all the ingredients, let it infuse and cool in the fridge for 1 hour. Arrange the salad in 4 hollowed out apples or in small salad bowls.
